Rachel Bailit is a faculty member and alumna of The Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute.

As an international educator, she excels in creating and teaching innovative educational programs. She has originated curricula for museums, schools, and animation studios. She works with actors, public speakers, elected officials and candidates crafting speeches, improving communication and presentational skills. She is an advocate for Veterans serving on the SAG-AFTRA Military Committee and teaching classes to Military members. Rachel is also on the SAG AFTRA National Government Public Policy committee.
